How do your sizes run?

Our items run true to size unless otherwise specified in the description.

If you're not sure about sizing, we'll be delighed to help. Send an email to cs@ikebehar.com or call 1800.637.3013 (Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:30PM EST).

Do you offer an alterations service?

While we offer alterations and tailoring services in our boutiques, we don't currently offer a mail order alterations program for our online customers.

If you are able to visit one of our boutiques, however, our team will be delighted to assist you with any Ike Behar product, whether purchased in-store or online.

How do I care for my product?

We invite you to consult your item's care label and any other accompanying information.

Do you offer gift packaging?

While we do not currently offer gift packaging for online orders, we're pleased to offer this service in our boutiques.

How do I buy a gift card?

Gift cards can be purchased online or in-store. Click here to order a gift card online.

Can gift cards be used in-store?

Ike Behar gift cards can be redeemed both online and in-store.

Shipping

Which destinations do you ship to?

We currently ship to the following destinations:

  • United States
  • Canada

What delivery options are available?

All orders are shipped via FedEx. Depending on your shipping destination, the following options may be available:

United States

  • Ground Shipping (1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.)
  • Express Saver Shipping (1-3 business days)
  • 2 Day Shipping
  • Overnight

For orders over $150, we offer free Ground Shipping within the United States.

Canada

  • Economy International (6 to 10 business days)

How long until I receive my order?

Delivery time will depend on the delivery option selected at checkout. We aim to ship all orders within two business days of being placed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.

If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or get in touch with us at cs@ikebehar.com or by calling 1800.637.3013 (Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:30PM EST).

Can I ship to a freight-forwarding address or PO box?

We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO boxes.

What happens if I haven't received my order?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch with us at cs@ikebehar.com or call us on 1800.637.3013 (Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:30PM EST).

Can I collect my order in-store?

We'll be happy to arrange that for you. Send an email to cs@ikebehar.com or call 1800.637.3013 (Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:30PM EST).

Returns

How do I return my online order?

Unused items, with the exception of gift cards, custom, made-to-measure and other (specifically marked) items, may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

If you wish to return your order, email us at cs@ikebehar.com to request a return label.

Note that orders over $150 enjoy free returns. For orders under $100, the return cost will be deducted from your refund.

How long do I have to return my order?

Unused items, with the exception of gift cards, custom, made-to-measure and other (specifically marked) items, may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

How long will it take to process my refund?

We aim to process returns within 1 business day of receipt. Once the refund has been issued, you will receive an email.

It can take up to 10 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method.

Can I return my order in-store?

You are welcome to visit an Ike Behar boutique to return your online purchase.

How do you handle faulty products?

If you believe that an item may be faulty, please email cs@ikebehar.com or call 1800.637.3013 (Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:30PM EST).

Alternatively, if you are near a boutique, please feel free to bring your item in so a member of the team can assist you.

If the item is determined to be faulty, we will endeavor to provide a replacement or a refund.
